MANILA: The Philippine government on Friday (Feb 14) expressed confidence in China's economic recovery from the Covid-19 (coronavirus) epidemic.
"We hope for the best and we are confident that China will be able to bounce back from the challenges," Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles told a news conference.
