JAKARTA (The Jakarta Post/ANN): The Jakarta State Administrative Court (PTUN) has ruled in favour of developer PT Agung Dinamika Perkasa, which had filed a lawsuit against Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan’s 2018 decision to revoke a permit for reclaimed islet F in Jakarta Bay.

The company, one of the developers of islet F, challenged Jakarta Gubernatorial Decree No. 1409/2018 stipulating the revocation of permits for 13 reclaimed islets.
