MANILA (Philippine Daily Inquirer/ANN): Nearly 4,000 people, who fled their villages when the Taal Volcano erupted two weeks ago, have fallen ill in evacuation centres.
The Department of Health (DOH) reported on Wednesday (Jan 22) that many of the evacuees in the Batangas and Cavite provinces could be allowed to return home as the volcanic activity continued to weaken.
