SEOUL (The Korea Herald/ANN): South Korea's presidential office has kept mum on North Korea's latest mockery of its efforts to facilitate nuclear talks between Washington and Pyongyang.
On Saturday (Jan 11), Kim Kye-gwan, Pyongyang's former nuclear envoy, took issue with an earlier announcement by the South Korean's top security official that Seoul had conveyed US President Donald Trump's birthday message to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
