SEOUL: South Korean President Moon Jae-in is holding out hopes for a visit from North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, he said in his New Year's address broadcast on Tuesday (Jan 7).
"We desperately need practical ways to enhance the inter-Korean cooperation," Moon said.
