BANGKOK: Starbucks Thailand announced on Friday (Jan 3) that all stores nationwide will replace single-use plastic straws with those made of paper starting next week.
After New Year’s Day brought an end to free plastic bags at more than 40 shopping malls and department stores, the major American coffee chain has jumped on board by saying no to plastic straws from Monday.
