HONG KONG: Hong Kong’s Chief Executive, Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor, announced ahead of a weekly executive council meeting that the extradition Bill was officially dead.

Lam said yesterday that the government’s handling of the extradition Bill amendment had been a complete failure.
