The Chinese Communist Party’s drive to extend its control over all aspects of life has reached the capital’s sperm banks, with donors in the capital being told they have to fulfil a list of criteria – including loyalty to the party.
The Third Hospital of Peking University launched a sperm donation campaign from Wednesday to run until May 23, and listed a series of requirements for the donors on its social media account.
