Jokowi’s in-law dies in Surakarta

JAKARTA: The in-law of President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo Didit Supriyadi has passed away on Tuesday in Surakarta after being treated for two weeks in a local hospital.

Didit, whose daughter Selvi Ananda is married to Jokowi’s eldest son Gibran Rakabuming Raka, died at 9 a.m. on Tuesday while being treated at Dr. Moewardi Hospital in Surakarta, Central Java, said Haryanto, the older brother of First Lady Iriana.
