Chinese official sacked after wife accused of kicking pregnant nurse in the stomach

A senior urban management official in central China has been fired after his wife was filmed apparently assaulting a pregnant nurse who was treating the couple’s child.

The medic said she was attacked by the mother of a four-year-old boy as she was trying to give the youngster an injection at a hospital in Tongshan county, Hubei province, on Friday, local newspaper Chutian Metropolis Daily reported.
