Tokyo: In cognitive function tests taken by drivers 75 or older, 2.7% were identified as individuals who “possibly have dementia”, The Yomiuri Shimbun has learned.
The tests were conducted as part of revisions made to the Road Traffic Law, which was implemented on March 12.
