BEIJING: A group of urban enforcement officials has been criticised on social media in China after they are seen on a video playing tricks, teasing and laughing at blind masseurs operating in the street.
The officials, known as chengguan on the mainland who enforce by-laws such as street trading, tried to move on a group of blind masseurs who had set up shop without permits in a public area in Kunming in Yunnan province, Yunnan.cn reported.
