Hong Kong: Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong say they plan to take advantage of a visit by Indonesian President Joko Widodo to the Chinese territory to demand more labour safeguards.
“It is utterly unfortunate that we see no significant and much desirable change has happened since (Widodo took office),” according to the Network of Indonesian Migrant Workers (JBMI) in a petition it aimed to hand the president at a meeting with the Indonesian community yesterday.
