BEIJING: China hopes that Japan will take action and create conditions necessary for the two countries to maintain high-level contacts, Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang said.
“The contacts themselves bear great significance for developing China-Japan relations,” he said at a regular news conference in Beijing.
