CLARK: President Rodrigo Duterte has named five police generals who, according to him, were protectors of drug lords.
During his speech at the Philippine Air Force here yesterday, Duterte tagged General Marcelo Garbo, General Vicente Loot, General Bernardo Diaz, Joel Pagdilao of the National Capital Region Police Office and Edgardo Tinio of Quezon City police district.
