UPDATED: TOKYO (Reuters) - An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.7 struck northern Japan on Tuesday, the Japan Meteorological Agency said, hours after an earlier quake triggered tsunami warnings along the northeast coast. No tsunami warning has been issued after the latest earthquake, the agency said.
