PERTH: An explosion in an electrical transformer room at a shopping centre in the west Australian city of Perth left one man dead and three people badly burnt, authorities said.
Witness Jonathan McDonagh said that he tried to help the injured after the incident yesterday, taking off his shirt and using it to put out the flames.
