ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines: There are still 11 to 15 hostages still in the hands of the Abu Sayyaf terrorist group here, with some held captive for up to four years.
Lieutenant General Rustico Guerrero, chief of the Philippine military's Western Mindanao Command, admitted they had yet to safely recover 11 remaining hostages, a Malaysian, two Europeans, a Chinese and seven Filipinos.
