FOUR men, aged 24 to 30, have been arrested for committing affray at Chander Road in Little India.
At about 10.30pm on Tuesday, police were alerted to a case at the open-air carpark in Chander Road –which is within a designated special zone where restrictions on the sale, supply and consumption of alcohol apply – where a man was assaulted by three others and carried into a grey van.
