TALKS on Singapore’s bid to host a Formula One race have entered the final lap, but the chances of holding a race in the 2008 season look increasingly remote.
It is understood that talks between event backer Ong Beng Seng, F1 franchise holder Bernie Ecclestone and the Singapore government are stuck in second gear because of financial and logistical hurdles.
