SHANGHAI: The refunds for SK-II skincare products, which contain substances that are banned by the Chinese authorities, appear to have developed into a public relations crisis.
SK-II has stopped the sale of all its products and the refunds for the products that are named unsafe for usage by China’s government after several disputes happened when customers sought refunds.
