THE high-powered council charting Singapore’s research future is expected to make some important decisions next week, which it hopes will lead to more jobs and better prospects for all Singaporeans.
The 18-member Research, Innovation and Enterprise Council, comprising some of the best local and international minds in academia, science and business, will pore over more than 100 proposals at its first meeting.
