CHINA will spend US$22bil (RM81.4bil) to build two high-speed railways that link Shanghai with the capital city Beijing and Hangzhou, shortly after it has completed the 1,965 km Qinghai-Tibet railway that costs almost US$3bil (RM11.11bil) in the inner west.
Indeed, the country intends to construct six more railways and 14 expressways in the coming five years.
