FORMER presidential hopeful Andrew Kuan withdrew his defamation suit against MP and businessman Inderjit Singh on Monday, saying there was “absolutely no basis” in the allegations he had made against the latter.
Kuan agreed to bear the legal costs of the court case, asked for forgiveness and apologised to Inderjit Singh and his family for the trouble caused by his action.
