SINGAPORE: Singapore's founding father Lee Kuan Yew said heated disputes between China and Japan were unlikely to lead to war, a newspaper reported yesterday.
Lee one of Asia's most prominent elder statesmen told The Straits Times he thought it was unlikely that heightened tensions between Beijing and Tokyo would escalate into conflict because of the horrendous'' consequences.
