JAKARTA: A Malaysian who is one of the most wanted terror suspects in Asia made the bomb that exploded outside the Australian embassy in Jakarta last year, a court witness said yesterday.
Syaiful Bahri told the court that Noordin M. Top, said to be a leading member of the Jemaah Islamiah group linked to al-Qaeda, had ordered the purchase of 250kg of potassium and used it to make the bomb.
