MANILA: The Philippine security forces have arrested two men suspected of carrying out last week's deadly Valentine's Day bombings here, saying both were members of the al-Qaeda-linked Abu Sayyaf group of Muslim rebels.
A military official said the men were arrested early yesterday at separate locations in the capital, where a bomb tore through a bus in the Makati financial district on Feb 14.
