KOTA KINABALU: Southern Philippines Bangsa Moro leaders are disappointed that food aid and medicine has only reached half of some 30,000 people displaced by the latest wave of fighting between military and Moro rebels in Jolo.
They are again appealing to aid agencies to help them attend to the needs of the displaced Filipinos as very little assistance has poured in.
