SEOUL: A videotape screened here yesterday showed for the first time that dissidents opposed to the regime of Kim Jong-Il were active inside North Korea, a South Korean human rights group said.
Posters calling for North Koreans to rise up against Kim's autocratic regime were shown in the secret video filmed in the country's remote north-eastern province close to the borders with China and Russia.
