BOMBAY: All Indians who migrated to other countries after 1950 can become Indian citizens, if their home nations allow dual citizenship, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh announced yesterday.
Last year, Parliament approved, and Manmohan Singh signed, a similar measure for Indian emigrants living in 16 countries, including the United States and Britain, where dual citizenship is allowed.
