SINGAPORE Airlines Ltd's bid to name Taiwan's aviation authority as a third party in lawsuits over a crash four years ago depends on court action under way in Taiwan, according to a judgment by the city-state's High Court.
Singapore High Court Justice Woo Bih Li granted an application by Taiwan's Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) to halt a Singapore action naming the administration as a party in Singapore suits against Singapore Air.
