AN AIDS-prevention group criticised the government yesterday for avoiding public campaigns promoting condom use and denied gay men's unsafe sexual practices were the biggest problem.
Action for AIDS (AFA) said it has been limited by resources and depended mainly on volunteers for such activities as running an anonymous HIV testing centre, telephone helpline for people with HIV and AIDS, medication subsidies and education programmes.
