SINGAPORE: The Singapore government yesterday urged shopkeepers to help watch out for suspicious people as part of a society-wide campaign to protect the city-state from terrorists.
“Should there be a terrorist attack on any of your business premises, the damage to the entire industry and to Singapore's socio-economic stability would be tremendous,” said Ho Peng Kee, senior minister of state for law and home affairs.
