SINGAPORE: Thirty-two divers who went missing on an expedition near Malaysia have been held by Indonesian authorities for the past five days for allegedly straying into Indonesian waters, officials and dive operators said yesterday.
The ship MV White Manta was boarded last Saturday, and the 32 divers aboard will be allowed to return to Singapore once Indonesian authorities complete immigration paperwork, owner-operator Chris Philips said in a statement.
