HONG KONG: Hong Kong leader Tung Chee-hwa named two prominent business leaders to his Cabinet yesterday, ending speculation that a lawmaker from the democratic camp would join the newly expanded body.
Flanked by his two new ministers, Bernard Chan and Laura Cha, at a news conference, the Beijing-backed Tung refused to say if he had invited any pro-democracy lawmaker into his cabinet.
