Singapore opposition leader Chee Soon Juan vowed yesterday to press on with efforts to cross-examine former prime ministers Lee Kuan Yew and Goh Chok Tong in court over a bitter defamation battle.
Chee, leader of the Singapore Democratic Party, has already lost the defamation suit over comments he made in the 2001 election campaign but is seeking to reconvene a damages hearing and a chance to challenge Lee and Goh.
