A GOLFER is suing the Singapore Professional Golfers' Association (SPGA) for treating him unfairly and barring him for one year from taking its relevant tests to become a professional member of the association.
Chang Ren Chiat, 33, had taken and passed the ''pro-test'' at Keppel Club on Aug 27 and 28, 2002, and applied to the association to be a member.
