Petrol, diesel prices go up

PETROL and diesel rates have gone up, even before the dust from the recent price war has settled.

Not surprisingly, motorists are wondering if they are being taken for a ride.

ExxonMobil and Shell increased their petrol rates on Saturday by five cents per litre, following a similar increase by Caltex on Friday night.

Current prices stand at S$1.548 (RM3.437) for the popular 98 Octane petrol and S$1.465 (RM3.253) for 95 Octane. – The Straits Times/Asia News Network
