THE Xiangyu bonded zone in Xiamen, a coastal city in east Chinas Fujian Province, has witnessed sound development with firms there posting a combined product value of 470mil yuan (RM215mil) in the first half of this year, up 35.8% year-on-year.
Hu Hanpi, director of the zones administrative committee, said on Wednesday the zone also recorded big increases in industrial production, foreign trade, logistics and container transport business.
