MANILA: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) said yesterday it has formally established a trust fund to help countries in the region curb money-laundering and terrorist financing.
Japan, Australia and the United States have initially put up money for the Co-operation Fund for Regional Trade and Financial Security Initiatives, the ADB said without giving any figures.
