MILLAU (France): French workers put together the last link in the world's highest bridge on Friday, completing a technological marvel in southwestern France that is set to open to motorists by the end of the year.
The road will convey travellers a spectacular 270m above ground, along 2.46km over the river Tarn in the Massif Central mountain range.
