FEARS of an oil spill at the site of Sundays sinking of a car carrier and its cargo of 4,191 cars have sparked action from Indonesian authorities and a salvage company.
Concerns were raised after Indonesian coast guard officers spotted a minor oil spill on Monday afternoon at the site where the MV Hyundai 105 sank just outside the Singapore Straits, said an Indonesian Embassy spokesman here.
