SINGAPORE: The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) has called off search and rescue operations at the Fusionpolis construction site as all the 420 workers have been accounted for.
The operations were stopped at 3.45am yesterday, after rescue workers reached the bottom of the pile of collapsed steel reinforcement bars to ascertain no one was trapped.
