CHINA says it faces serious challenges in raising the ideological and moral standards of its 367 million people under 18, such as the negative effects of dishonesty, cheating, superstition, evil cults, pornography, drug addiction, money worship and corruption in the world of some grown-ups.
The Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and the State Council issued a package of proposals on Monday on ways to improve the ideological and moral standards of young people.
