SEOUL: Despite threats of an impeachment bill, South Korea's President Roh Moo-hyun will not apologise for vowing to do all he legally could to garner votes for a political party, the presidential office said yesterday.
Roh, who has just completed the first year of a single five-year term, has been under fire for saying in a televised conference last month he would do “everything legally possible if that will help the Uri Party get votes.”
