JAKARTA: The Indonesian government has hired former Republican Senate majority leader Bob Dole as a lobbyist to represent its interests in Washington, a magazine reported yesterday.
The Far Eastern Economic Review said it was the first time Jakarta has taken on a prominent US politician in such a role.
