THE Commerce Ministry has pledged to continue the reform of executive procedures to facilitate investments abroad.
Figures from the ministry showed that between January and last month, Chinese investors poured US$1.74bil (RM6.6bil) abroad and set up 448 new joint-funded enterprises based in foreign countries or regions, representing an increase of 91.6% and 45.5% respectively, year-on-year.
