BEIJING: A man suspected of killing 25 teenage boys after luring them from Internet cafes and video game parlours was detained in central China, after his latest target – whom he dubbed victim No. 26 – managed to escape by promising to support him in his old age, a newspaper reported yesterday.
Huang Yong, 29, was arrested at his home in Zhumadian city, Henan province, where police uncovered the remains of 18 boys in his house, the Guangzhou Daily reported.
