VALUAIR, a no-frills carrier started by former Singapore Airlines veteran Lim Chin Beng and three others, expects to take off in the second quarter of next year.
It has recruited key personnel including a chief pilot formerly with SIA, as well as reservation and marketing personnel, and is finalising details for its first round of financing.
