BANGKOK: Thai police have arrested a Singaporean man who treatened by e-mail to assassinate Singapore's Prime Minister Goh Chok Tong and bomb two embassies during the Apec summit this month.
Kevin Chia was arrested at his downtown apartment late on Wednesday after allegedly sending e-mails threatening the assassination and bombings of the Singaporean and US embassies here, police said yesterday.
